Abstract
이 조사는 사회복지 이용시설과 생활시설 종사자들의 직무만족과 이직의사를 비교하고 이들의 직무만족과 이직의사에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하고자 부산지역 사회복지시설 종사자들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 부산지역 사회복지사 414명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 직무몰입, 임금만족, 근무환경만족, 승진공정성, 승진가능성, 상사와의 관계, 동료와의 관계, 직무만족, 이직의사 등이다.
