Abstract
이 조사는 국회사무처 인사제도 전반에 대한 구성원들의 인식과 의견을 알아보고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 국회사무처 공무원 497명으로부터 수집되었다. 설문지는 수석전문위원 인사제도, 실·국장급 인사제도, 과장 및 계장급 인사제도, 주무관급 인사제도, 실무관급 인사제도, 평정제도, 승진제도, 전보제도, 경력개발제도 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
