Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 신공공관리론에 입각한 정부의 인사혁신이 공무원의 사기에 미친 영향을 분석하고 사기진작을 통한 공직생산성 향상 방안을 모색하고자 중앙부처 공무원 400명을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 인사혁신 제도들의 사기진작 효과, 연금 및 후생복지에 대한 만족, 보수적절정, 근무환경쾌적성, 업무량적절성, 업무평가공정성, 업무재량권, 승진가능성, 동료와의 관계, 본인능력에 대한 직장의 평가, 공직에 대한 사회적 평가, 공직자긍심, 주관적 사기수준, 직무만족요인, 직무만족이 직무수행에 미치는 영향, 직무불만족요인, 직무불만족이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 등이다.
