Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 정부의 투명성을 제고하고 국민의 알권리를 보장하기 위해 도입된 현행 정보공개제도의 문제점을 파악하고 그 개선방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 정부 및 공공기관의 정보공개 담당자와 정보공개 청구 경험이 있는 일반국민을 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 일반국민에 관한 것으로 정보공개제도의 순기능과 역기능, 정보공개제도에 대한 인지도, 제도의 법률적 문제점, 정보공개제도의 운영, 정보공개서비스, 정보공개제도 저해요인, 정보공개제도 개선과제 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
