Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 갈등조정 인력양성을 목적으로 제안되고 있는 전문가 인증제도의 시행방안을 모색하고자 갈등관리 담당 공무원과 관련 시민단체 활동가들을 대상으로 실시한 것이다. 설문지는 한국사회 갈등요인, 주요 분쟁분야, 전문가 인증제도의 효과와 필요성, 전문가 인증절차와 인증기준, 전문가 교육프로그램, 전문가 인증제도 법제화 방안 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
