Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 의료관광분야 여성일자리 개발을 위한 정책연구의 일환으로 의료기관의 외국인환자 유치사업 추진 현황과 계획을 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 외국인환자 유치 경험이 있는 수도권 지역의 100개 의료기관을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 외국인환자 유치 방법과 계획, 외국인환자 관련 인력(코디네이터, 통역사, 마케팅전문가) 고용현황과 채용계획, 의료관광 활성화 및 인력양성 방안에 대한 의견 등이다.
