Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이「경기도 여성인적자원개발 종합계획」수립에 필요한 기초자료 수집을 목적으로 경기지역 여성의 취업실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 경기도에 거주하는 20-59세의 여성이며, 설문은 취업자와 미취업자로 구분하여 실시하는 것으로 설계되었다. 이 자료는 취업자에 관한 것으로 취업 동기와 과정, 취업경력, 직장생활과 일-가정양립, 경력관리와 직업교육, 이직, 여성고용 지원정책 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
