Abstract
이 조사는 한국형사정책연구원이 2008년 형사소송법 개정에 따른 형사사법제도의 개혁에 관한 3개년 연속연구사업의 일환으로 피의자 신문 방식의 하나인 영상녹화제도의 성과를 평가하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 영상녹화제도의 도입 취지인 수사과정의 투명성 제고와 피의자의 인권보장 상황을 파악할 수 있도록 수사주체인 검사와 수사대상인 피의자를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 검사 대상 조사에서 수집한 것으로 그 설문지는 영상녹화조사 활용실태, 영상녹화조사의 효율성, 영상녹화제도 시행으로 인한 업무부담, 영상녹화제도의 수사관행 개선효과 등에 관한 문항들을 포함하고 있다.
