Abstract
이 조사는 강원도여성정책개발센터(현 강원도여성가족연구원)가 강원도 보육발전기본계획 수립을 위한 정책연구의 일환으로 보육정책에 대한 수요와 보육시설 운영실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 강원지역 769개 보육시설의 현직 교사 1,679명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 보육정책과 정부지원에 대한 의견, 보육프로그램 운영현황과 개선사항, 보육시설 근무여건, 애로사항과 직무태도, 재교육 실태 등이다.
