Abstract
이 조사는 조직특성이 구성원들의 조직정치지각, 즉 조직내 정치적 행동 인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 기업체 종사자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 조직정치, 권력집중화, 제도공식화, 역할모호성, 조직공정성, 승진기대감, 승진불안감, 경력정체감, 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 이직의사, 조직시민행동 등을 측정하는 척도문항들로 구성되어 있다.
