Abstract
이 조사는 의료기관의 리더십과 조직문화가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의사 등과 같은 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 치과의원을 사례로 하여 시행한 것이다. 조사는 수도권의 치과의원에 근무하는 의료기사와 간호조무사 및 상담사 등을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지에는 원장의 리더십, 조직문화, 조직몰입, 직무만족, 이직의사 등에 관한 문항들이 포함되어 있다.
