Abstract
이 조사는 연세대학교 여성공학리더양성사업단이 여성 공학도 역량개발과 여성 엔지니어 양성을 목표로 수행한 정부 지원 사업인 ‘여학생 공학교육 선도대학 사업(Women Into Engineering Program, WIE)’의 추진 성과를 점검하고 사업 프로그램의 개선 방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 동 대학교의 공과대학 학생들을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 주요 조사내용으로는 학업스트레스, 학업성취감, 학업수행능력, 전공흥미도, 도전의식, 교수·친구·선후배와의 관계, 수업환경, 강의 진행방식, 교육자료와 강의내용, 조별활동 진행방식, 학과 및 대학 자긍심, WIE 사업에 대한 인지도 등이 포함되어 있다.
