Abstract
이 조사는 한국인의 은퇴과정과 은퇴 후 경험의 남녀 간 차이를 라이프코스 관점에서 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 서울지역에 거주하는 만 50세 이상의 남녀 은퇴자 503명이다. 주요 조사내용은 은퇴 전 직종과 직무태도, 자발적 은퇴여부, 은퇴연령, 은퇴 후 경과기간, 은퇴 시 미혼자녀 유무, 배우자 은퇴여부, 은퇴자금 적정성, 주관적 건강상태, 혼인상태, 생활비 조달방법, 은퇴 대비 준비, 은퇴생활 만족도, 은퇴 이후의 변화, 향후 생활에 대한 기대, 부부관계, 사회활동과 여가활동 등이다.
