이 조사는 학교조직의 관료적 운영이 교사의 창의적 직무수행 및 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 전국의 교사들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 조사내용에는 교사의 직무태도, 학교조직의 관료화, 교사의 전문성, 교장의 변혁적 리더십 등이 포함되어 있다.
