Abstract
이 조사는 지방자치단체 간 공무원 전출입 실태와 전출욕구를 살펴보고자 공무원 전출 문제를 심각하게 겪고 있는 충북 제천시를 사례로 하여 시행한 것이다. 조사내용에는 전출고려 경험과 사유, 전출에 대한 인식과 태도, 전출제한에 대한 태도, 도 전입시험 응시횟수 제한에 대한 태도, 전출문제 해결방안에 대한 의견 등이 포함되어 있다.
