Abstract
이 조사는 축제 관련 환경요인이 방문객의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 경주세계문화엑스포 행사를 사례로 하여 시행한 것이다. 조사는 2007년 10월 6일부터 10월 14일 기간 중에 엑스포를 관람한 방문객을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 접근성, 홍보 및 안내, 행사내용, 축제상품, 음식, 편의시설 등을 포함한 축제 환경요인들에 대한 평가 문항들과 축제만족도, 재방문의사 등의 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
