Abstract
이 조사는 정신보건서비스 제공기관의 사례관리 수행요소가 정신장애인의 서비스 이용만족도와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 경기지역 18개 정신보건기관을 이용하는 장애인이다. 조사내용에는 정신보건서비스 이용만족도, 정신보건서비스 전달체계에 대한 인식, 경제생활, 심리상태, 건강상태, 사회적 관계와 사회활동 등이 포함되어 있다.
