Abstract
이 조사는 청소년의 여가활동 선호도와 여가효능에 대한 인식이 자아존중감과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 서울 소재 1개 중학교 학생을 대상으로 실시되었다. 조사내용에는 여가활동 선호도, 여가의 사회적·정서적·생리적 효능에 대한 인식, 자아존중감, 행복감, 학교생활 및 가정생활 만족도, 삶에 대한 만족도 등이 포함되어 있다.
