Abstract
이 조사는 중앙행정기관에서 시행되고 있는 자체평가제 및 팀제의 효과와 그 영향요인을 분석하고자 통일부와 국민권익위원회를 사례로 하여 실시한 것이다. 조사내용에는 자체평가 조직과 절차, 영역별(주요정책, 재정성과, 기관역량) 평가지표의 적절성, 자체평가 기대효과, 팀제 후 조직변화, 팀제 효과, 팀제의 문제점 등이 포함되어 있다.
