Abstract
이 조사는 한국장애인개발원이 국고 외 지방자치단체의 예산으로 추가 운영되고 있는 장애인활동보조지원사업의 제도적 개선방안 수립에 필요한 기초 실태자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국의 246개 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체를 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 설문지는 지방자치단체의 활동보조지원사업 운영현황에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다. 주요 설문문항은 사업범위와 소요예산, 지원대상자 자격기준, 지원대상자 인정기준, 지원 내용과 규모, 추가지원사업의 문제점과 개선사항 등이다.
