This survey was conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute to determine the demand for female workers by area businesses for the purpose of ascertaining jobs suitable for women in the Busan area.
The main contents of the survey include occupations requiring the recruitment of additional employees over the next five years, occupations suitable for women among those requiring recruitment of additional employees, suitable age and level of education at the time of recruitment, outlook of expansion of female employment within the occupation, promising occupation for women over the next five years, degree of importance of each element of evaluation when recruiting and utilization per channel of recruitment, preference of male or female worker when both are of equal qualification, whether effort is made to employ female workers, reason for not employing female workers, ratio of female employees, main duties of female workers, duties suitable for female workers, and degree of helpfulness of Purple Jobs for women gaining employment, etc.
