Abstract
This survey, conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute, asked experts in different fields to evaluate the results of the previous years’ (2008-2010) Master Plan and select policy tasks to be incorporated into the next Master Plan with the ultimate goal of drafting the "Women Resource Development Master Plan of Busan Metropolitan City (2011-2015)"
The major survey topics included the achievement level for each policy task’s goal (expanding women’s employment, reinforcing women’s job skill development, establishing women labor development infrastructure, women friendly environment and system improvements), incorporation level of policy tasks in the future Master Plan, new policy tasks to be incorporated, level of importance per policy implementation consideration elements, and needs by policy targets.
