Abstract
This survey was conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute to establish measures for stabilizing and enriching vocational training for female job seekers in the Busan area. The survey was conducted separately among job seekers, vocational training institutions, and experts, and this data was collected from experts regarding their opinions on the direction for the development of vocational training.
The main contents of the survey include reason for low rate of participation by women in vocational training, helpfulness of vocational training for gaining employment and entrepreneurial endeavors by women, female-friendliness of vocational training institutions, age group of the main target of vocational training, need for a vocational training institution for women and reason for needing such an institution, measures for specializing vocational training institutions for women, promising sectors for the employment and entrepreneurial endeavors by women, and vitalization measures for vocational training for women.
