Abstract

This survey was conducted by the Busan Women and Family Development Institute to establish measures for improving support services for multicultural families. The survey was conducted among support agencies of multicultural families in the Busan area and the data includes contents on the current status of the agency and its operation.
The main contents of the survey include hours of operation, size of facility, size of budget, financial sufficiency, area of budget with insufficient funds, whether a steering committee has been set up, whether promotional activities have been performed, methods of promotion, effects of promotion, whether or not cooperating with other agencies and agencies currently in cooperation with, difficulties in executing project, implementation of various projects, execution of project evaluation and reason for not conducting evaluation, whether the results of the evaluation have been reflected, number of personnel, appropriate number of personnel, issues to be resolved related to personnel management, and issues regarding policy support, etc.
