Abstract
이 조사는 전문상담교사의 전문성 증진을 위한 교육요구분석 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국 16개 시도지역에서 근무 중인 전문상담교사를 대상으로 1, 2차에 걸쳐 실시되었다. 이 자료는 2차 조사에서 수집된 것으로 그 설문지는 전문상담교사제도와 관련한 교육요구분석이 가능하도록 상담, 상담프로그램의 개발과 관리, 자문과 조정, 행정과 사무, 자기개발과 연구 등 영역별 업무 실태와 난이도 및 중요도에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
