Abstract
이 조사는 기업특성, 조직문화, 조직시스템이 벤처기업의 수출시장지향성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 브라질, 인도, 인도네시아, 중국 등 4대 신흥개발국가(BIICs) 시장에 진출한 한국 벤처기업을 대상으로 수집되었으며, 그 설문지는 기업의 조직문화와 조직시스템 및 수출시장지향성에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
