This survey was conducted to analyze the effects of organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior and simultaneously analyze the modifying effects of establishing organizational vision on the relationship between the two. The survey questioned employees of corporations in the capital and Jeonnam areas. The survey questionnaire consisted of about 60 questions on measuring organizational support, organizational vision and organizational citizenship behavior.
