The Seoul Welfare Foundation conducted this survey to formulate a comprehensive support measure for expanding educational opportunities for children living in poverty. The survey targeted households which participated in the "Dream Flight Savings Book" program which supports educational funding for children living in poverty in the city of Seoul. The major survey topics included characteristics of household, conditions of raising children, conditions of private education, relationship with children, experience of receiving community support, experience of using welfare services, status of participation in the "Dream Flight Savings Book" program, and perception of the "Dream Flight Savings Book".
