This survey was conducted to research how the level of a local community's social capital effects it's resident's perception of government performance. The survey was conducted in the 6 gus of Seoul (Gangnam-gu, Gangbuk-gu, Dobong-gu, Seocho-gu, Jongro-gu, Jung-gu) selected with consideration given to geographic location and financial situations. The main contents of the survey included trust in people and organizations, legal consciousness, social support, involvement in organizations, effectiveness/efficiency/responsiveness of government administration, and level of satisfaction with government administration, etc.
