Abstract
This survey was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system being implemented within government organizations as part of a performance-based personnel policy, on an individual and organizational level. The survey was conducted among the public officials of central administrative agencies and the questionnaire was composed of questions on the enforcement process of the performance evaluation system and individual and organizational performance as a result of the introduction of the performance evaluation system, etc.
