Abstract
This survey was conducted by the Korea Information Society Development Institute to determine user demand for information, to be utilized for the development of a website for providing information on using broadcasting and communication services. The services included in the survey are landline telephone, mobile phone, high speed internet, internet phone, cable/satellite TV, IPTV, and combined services.
The main contents of the survey include source of gathering information at the time of subscribing to service and while using service, need for information regarding subscribing to services, need for information regarding the use of services, need for information regarding the termination of services, need for general information regarding services, active search for information, reason for inactive search for information, difficulty of searching for information regarding subscribing to services, difficulty of searching for information regarding the use of services, difficulty of searching for information regarding the termination of services, difficulty of searching for general information regarding services, and the necessity of each type of information in developing the website.
