Abstract
「외국인근로자 취업 및 고용 실태조사」는 고용허가제의 실효성을 평가하고 외국인근로자의 사회생활에 대한 이해 증진을 통해 이들의 원만한 사회적응과 사회통합을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 조사는 외국인근로자의 취업 및 고용과 일상생활 실태가 적실하게 파악되도록 외국인근로자, 외국인근로자 고용 사업체와 사업체 내 한국인근로자를 대상으로 동시에 진행되었다. 이 자료는 외국인근로자 고용업체들로부터 수집된 것으로 그 설문지는 외국인근로자 고용형태, 외국인근로자 관리방식, 외국인근로자 직무수행평가, 외국인근로자 정책평가 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
