Abstract
이 조사는 행정서비스 품질평가 연구의 일환으로 여주군 행정서비스에 대한 주민만족도를 살펴보고사 시행한 것이다. 조사는 여주군민을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 자료는 고객지향적 행정서비스 품질요인에 대한 주민 인식과 만족도 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
