Abstract
이 조사는 국민연금, 건강보험, 고용보험, 산재보험을 포함하는 4대 사회보험의 통합관리체계 구축방안들의 우선 순위 도출을 분석자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전문가 의견에 기반한 의사결정기법 가운데 하나인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석이 가능하도록 하기 위해 사회보험 전문가 집단을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 설문지는 효율성, 전문성, 일관성, 형평성, 접근성, 포괄성 차원별로 5가지 대안적 통합방안들 간의 상대적 중요도를 평가하는 방식으로 설계되어 있다.
