Gallup Korea is conducting a monthly omnibus survey based on the same research design. An omnibus survey incorporates multiple topics commissioned by various institutions and corporations into one survey. Thus, an omnibus survey can collect data more efficiently in terms of cost and time required compared to ad-hoc survey dealing with single topics. The「Gallup Omnibus Survey」is conducted among around 1,500 samples in a face to face interview for each survey and covers various political, economic, social and cultural topics including political attitudes, economic index, national consciousness, daily life and leisure time.
This data collected in June of 2008 is composed of contents on food safety and environmental problems. Contents on food safety include points of consideration when purchasing food items, origin-specific food safety concerns, and confidence in Chinese products, and contents on environmental problems include interest in environmental problems, environmentally friendly activities currently involved in, and environmentally friendly corporations.
