This survey was conducted to find measures for mitigating the cost of private education in the arts including music, art, and dance by examining pre-school and elementary school students’ participation in private education for the arts.
The main survey contents include experience of participating in private education for various subjects in the arts, method of private education, cost of private education, attitude towards the burden of private education costs, reason for participating in private education, attitude towards the effects of private education, level of satisfaction with public and private education, awareness of the state of private education, and evaluation of policy on private education.
