Abstract

The survey was conducted to evaluate the performance of major policies of the Korea Communications Commission including communication fee reduction, transition to digital broadcasting, development of next-generation broadcast communications business, and the convergence of broadcasting communications. And to establish the policy direction of the Korea Communications Commission based on this information. The survey was conducted separately among the general public and media communications specialists, and this data was collected from the general public.
The questionnaire of this survey includes contents on opinion on the reduction of communication costs, awareness of digital broadcasting, perception of broadcast language, experience of damages from hacking and internet replies, assessment of policy satisfaction of the Korea Communications Commission, major broadcast policy to be pursued in the future, and the evaluation of satisfaction level of broadcast communication services.
