This survey was conducted to examine the implementation status of ethical obligations by public officials to derive reform measures for the current administrative ethics system. The questionnaire is designed to identify the elements of administrative ethics implementation on the levels of individual, systematic, and organizational culture.
This data includes contents on perception of the code of ethics for public officers, frequency of ethics violation cases by public officers, state of reporting and penalizing cases of ethics violations by public officers, state of counseling on administrative ethics, state of attending ethics education, evaluation of the effects of and need for ethics education, and the evaluation of organizational culture.
