Abstract
The ultimate goal of government policy evaluations lies in the reform of policy by analyzing policy efficacy. For this process to be effective policy evaluations should go beyond the evaluation itself and must be connected to the utilization of its results. In this light, the「Survey on the Utilization of Policy Evaluations」was conducted to examine the utilization of policy evaluation results and the attitudes of civil servants on the utilization of evaluation results. This survey data was collected from civil servants of grade 5 and below and the questionnaire includes contents on attitude towards evaluation results and evaluation index, interest level of head of organization in policy evaluation, utilization status of evaluation results, and attitude towards the utilization of evaluation results.
