The goal of the survey is to evaluate the validity of applying the theoretical model on the effects of distributive fairness, procedural fairness, and interactional fairness and the correlation between the ideas of fairness in explaining the attitude of employees towards the performance assessment system. This survey data was collected from employees of public enterprises with traditionally strong bases of seniority-based compensation and evaluation systems although having adopted a performance based incentive system. The questionnaire includes index questions on distributive fairness, procedural fairness, interactional fairness, attitude towards performance evaluation, and evaluation rating.
