Abstract
The greatest challenge facing modern administrative services is how to provide the most services with the least amount of resources. For the purpose of examining the efficiency of administrative services provided by public health centers, this survey was conducted to collect data on the state of services provided by public health centers and the state of utilization by local residents.
This data was collected from the head of public health centers nationwide and the questionnaire of this survey includes contents on human resources and budget of public health center, administrative system currently in practice, hypothetical level of residents’ satisfaction estimated by the head of public health centers, manager-employee relations, main points for improvement, main users, and state of facilities and equipment.
