This survey was conducted among professional social workers to investigate the elements of satisfaction and dissatisfaction experienced while carrying out their duties and how those elements influence their positive and negative work attitudes.
The main contents of the survey include duties, evaluation of job, relationship with colleagues and superiors, occupational outlook, participation in policy-making, inter-organizational communication, occupational commitment, turnover intention, attitude in work, and evaluation of workload and job performance.
