Abstract
This survey aims to provide data for the establishment of the government’s human resource development policy by examining the human resources of Korean corporations and their state of management. The questionnaire includes contents on corporate profile, corporate human resource management, human resource management per individual area, management of work stations, educational training, and results of innovation.
