Abstract
This survey aims to provide preliminary data for the establishment of appropriate labor-management policies by collecting the opinions of Korean citizens on the issues of labor law reform. The questionnaire includes contents on need for labor law reform, evaluation of current labor laws, direction for labor law reform, central challenges in improving workers’ rights, allowance of multiple unions, allowance of civil servants’ rights to organize, allowance of teachers’ rights to organize, opinion on layoffs, opinion on the introduction of flextime, allowance of dispatch laborer system, and labor law reform methods.
