Abstract
The「Survey on Korean Employees in Overseas Korean Companies」is a part of a 4 year survey conducted by the Korean Migration Research Network(KMRN) for the comparative analysis of domestic and overseas Korean corporations’ utilization of foreign human resources. The survey was conducted among corporations in China, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam and this data was collected from Korean managers of corporations abroad. The questionnaire is composed of contents on work life, labor conditions, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, relations with local workers, socio-cultural adaptation, and mental health.
