Abstract
This survey was conducted for the interdisciplinary study of inequality and equity with the participation of scholars of political science, administration, sociology, economics and business administration. A variety of measure and questions were used to formulate an objective index of social and economic inequalities and to understand what views members of society held of inequality and equity. The questionnaire is composed of inequality, justice, equity, inheritance, social mobility, government policy, employment, class, compensation, fairness of pay, property, occupational status, occupational evaluation, status, inequality in the work place, and job satisfaction.
