Survey on Workers’ Attitude towards Labor Issues and Labor Relations, 1989

This survey aims to gather data essential for the constructive resolution of labor issues and problems faced by Korean society by examining the attitudes of workers and average citizens towards labor relations. Two independent surveys were conducted among workers and citizens and this data was gathered from workers. The questionnaire includes contents on evaluation of labor relations, cause for labor disputes, evaluation of workers’ collective action, permissible range and effects of labor union activities, wage level, issues related to wages, working conditions, job satisfaction, labor policy, and outlook on labor relations.
