This survey was conducted to investigate the obstacles preventing the establishment of a healthy law community and to seek a solution by examining the working conditions, value systems, and the customs and practices of law practitioners. The survey was especially designed to grasp the overall size and state of currently existing corruption in legal circles by asking diverse questions regarding different types of corruption cases. The main survey contents include process of entering law, experience in the field of law, career as a lawyer, contents on judges and prosecutors, government’s management of law professionals, and corruption in legal circles.
