This survey was conducted to examine the changes in social structure taking place in the late 20th century Korea and the characteristics of job changes. The questionnaire is composed of contents such as employment situation, working situation, discrimination against female workers, job satisfaction, changes following the IMF financial crisis, employment history, opinion on Korea society, opinion on government policy, cultural activities, and parent/spouse occupation.
