Abstract
본 연구는 성인보호관찰제도의 운영에 대한 실태조사를 통하여 그 내용을 검토하고 효율성을 분석함으로써 보다 발전될 수 있는 성인보호관찰제도를 모색해보기로 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 실시되고 있는 성인보호관찰의 제도적인 측면에서의 검토와 함께 그 현황을 파악하여 성인보호관찰제도의 현주소를 점검하고 그 효율성을 평가하는데 있다. 조사내용으로는 설문지를 통한 성인보호관찰제도의 현황과 관련하여 보호관찰에 대한 보호관찰 직원과 보호관찰 대상자의 태도를 검토해 보고, 운영실태에 대하여 평가해 보기로 한다.
